The BANS Admin Panel

Once you have installed BANS you build and develop your store from inside your admin panel.

Below are the screen-prints of the different parts of this admin panel with a short description of the functions of each part.

This is the "entrance" page to your niche store admin panel. When you first log in you will do so using the default username and password provided by the software.

Home

Here you can see the home page of your admin panel which introduces you to the software and highlights some key features.

Security

To make sure that your admin panel is not accessible to anyone but you, once inside you can set your own username and password which is recoverable (should you forget it) by email.

Setup

This part of the admin panel is where you build your store. Here you can choose which niche you want to build your store around, input your affiliate ids and decide on how you want to display your stores products.

Template

The template area enables you to choose which template you want to display your store inside and also allows you to modify it and upload your own store logo.

Here you can either use one of the 9 different template layouts that we provide with the package or alternatively upload and select your own.

Ads

In order to give you additional ways of monetizing the visitors that your store receives you can use the Ads section which enables you to place supplemental ads to the left, right, above or below your store product listings.

Current BANS users include everything from contextual ads like Google AdSense and Yahoo to Pay Per Lead banners found in affiliate networks like Commission Junction.

Store Pages - Automatically built based on eBay category choice

Your store pages section makes up your store navigation which Build A Niche Store automatically creates when you choose your target market.

You can then edit these pages, delete those store pages which you do not want and create new store pages to display more products related to your niche.

Edit Store Pages

Every page within your store (whether automatically or manually created) can be edited so that you can change the title, keyword and description tags, add content above the products on the page using the built in WYSIWYG HTML editor and modify the URL address and page name for better keyword targeting.

Content Pages

This area enables you to develop your site from a niche store (a collection of related eBay products contained in a store format) into a niche website - which contains relevant information as well as relevant products.

The more pages you add the more keywords your site will target in the search engines, the more visitors it will receive and the better their experience will be.

Edit Content Pages

Every content page you create can be edited so that you can change the title, keyword and description tags, add more content using the built in WYSIWYG HTML editor and modify the URL address and page name for better keyword targeting.
